The Stagias Ranch House is a beautiful house nestled in a little valley on the Stagias Farm in the Hamlet of Upper Red Hook. In addition to the house the property includes a stable barn, pasture, pond and a riding rink that has for years been the home of many horses.

The House itself offers two bedrooms to the public as well as a large living room, dining room, kitchen, full bath and deck. The Furniture is mostly made of fine wood like maple and the couch is top grain leather. The living room boasts of a big screen 38” TV and a wood stove to warm even the coldest of hearts.

Geese can often be heard and seen against the distant Catskill Mountain View, and peepers serenade you each evening in the spring and summer. The dinning room seats 6 and has a wood hutch filled with beautiful china and silverware.

Sliding glass doors lead you from the dining room to the spacious deck at the rear of the house. The kitchen comes equipped with all the necessary utensils to prepare almost any meal. The bath is spacious with a full tub and shower and large counter top.
